Whitehaven Beach is one of Australia's most pristine beaches, with something like 98% white silica sand. The Whitehaven beach is in the list of top ten international beaches because its really beautiful place in Australia. At the northern end of Whitehaven Beach is the gateway Hill, a beautiful entrance, where the tide moves the sand and water to create a fusion of attractive colors. Many people claim Hill inlet and Whitehaven Beach are the most beautiful places you have never seen.

Climate conditions: Summer temperatures are warm to hot, with some rain fall. Winter temperatures are superb with little rain. Water temperatures range between 23-27°C. Don't forget your sunscreen! The Australian sun burns. A rash vest with UV protection is a good idea for hours on the water.

Only accessible by boat. Best: Fly in from Sydney to Hamilton Island 2 hour flight then ferry (40min) to Shute Harbour, mainland and Airlie Beach (Party Town). Fly in from Brisbane to Proserpine 1 hour flight (mainland). Or drive, rental car's are available or you can catch a bus from Brisbane (it's a long drive but there are some great kitesurfing destinations along the way). You either have to do a day trip here on a boat, or charter a yacht to get here.
