The wind starts at about 9.30 am, usually lasts until 5 pm. Generally NE, which is side onshore. The easterly trade winds starts to blow in late November and continue until end of June to mid July. The wind is light in the morning (perfect for beginners) and by late morning, early afternoon the wind builds and blows side on shore averaging 15-25 knots into the evening.

15 minutes drive from Montego Bay. Take the highway A1 east, once you reach Greenwood look out for "Chill Out Hut" by the sea The school offers free pick ups from Montego Bay/Rose Hall area for their students as well as accommodation in Montego Bay.

The spot is at a beach bar and grill with great food. Friends and family can hang out in hammocks in the water!
