The best season for kiteboarding at the Sandos Playacar kite beach is from mid November to end of May. At this time of the year expect about 13-18 knots average mostly from NNE to NE, which is a perfect side/sideonshore wind. During the summer bring your biggest kite and lightwind boards. At this time of the year wind is coming mostly from SE.

The best night life in Mexico is only 5 min away by taxi, to Playa del Carmen downtown. We recommend the 12th street between 10th avenue and the beach.
