Kircubbin has a road behind a high wall downwind. There are a lot of stones between the South grass areas and the clear sand kiting area. Stay downwind of boats and buoys (water is deeper there). Best time is between mid and low tide. When tide is just off steeper angle of beach at North car park, water is shoulder deep East of buoys.

It is much safer to use Warden's Bay location. Kircubbin is only suitable for kiters with a high enough skill level, due to the high numbers of risks downwind.
