3km wide sand beach. Crowded in winter on Fridays. There is one official kitebeach, it is not allowed to launch and land anywhere else. The kitebeach is marked in the North by the end of the sand soccer field and in the South by the abandoned beach villa.

Fly to Dubai. Then get to the beach of Jumeirah and Umm Suquem. Located between the ex-Wollongong University and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Reference is Sheik Sayed Road 3rd. Interchange or cross between Jumeirah Beach road and Al Manara road.

No restrictions however it is recommended to be a member of the Dubai Kite Club which costs $44 per year and includes 3rd party insurance.
