Flat to choppy water. Look out for sailboats on the water. The lake is only about 2x0.7 km big. Shallow almost everywhere. Muddy bottom. Look out for a stronger current around the water outlet. The later the year the more sea grass grows, which can be annoying in kite lines and bridles.

Best with westerlies. The wind is always gusty, since it is a very small lake.

Medium walk |
About 1 hour northeast of Munich. Take A92 towards Landshut and Deggendorf. Exit at Dingolfing behind the BMW factory. Now towards Reisbach and get to the little lake. In the southeast corner of the lake you will find a big parking lot.
Extra information
Gusty winds, be careful and don't get too close to shore. Do not walk onto shore further west of the launch, since it is a natural reserve. On the western end of the lake there is a line of orange buoys, marking the absolute minimum distance to the reed. Never cross this line! When loosing ground take care to get out before you end up there.
