The beach is completely private - entry only through private residence. The beach is wide open and long, soft sand, some shells. Trees behind beach on the hill provide shade, breeze and BBQ pleasures.

Predominant winds in winter/spring from the NE, unless cold front, then NW. Winds can be strong, 20-30+ kts, but typically 17-23 kts. Summer winds SE and lighter, between 12-16 kts. Best winds November to March, but very nice April and May. Summer (June/July/August) winds come up in the afternoon.

Fly to George Town, Great Exuma. Drive approx. 30 minutes eastwards towards Little Exuma - once crossing the bridge, look for a sign on the left, about 1 mile up. Private property.

The beach at The Cut House is located on private property. Must be guest of the owner to access. Or access via boat.
Nightlife
Best nightlife is back in George Town - local restaurants, bars. Relatively quiet. You make your own party!
