Very large bay. Incorporates 3 surf breaks. Great surf in offshore conditions, awesome kitesurfing in onshore. The further East you go in the bay the larger the waves get.

Really nice beach. Can be very crowded on the beach with tourists in main beach area in summer. Plenty of beach to launch from, all white sand up to dunes. No hard objects.

Warrnambool is a large city on Australia's main highway 240km West of Melbourne. Train and bus all come from Melbourne and Warrnambool has its own small airport. Very popular tourist town. On the Great Ocean Road and part of the Shipwreck coast.

Good for learners up to advanced. No kiting allowed in front of the Surf Club between the lifeguard flags when they are up.
