Zones

In Lacanau you have three main areas: South, main center, North. Prefer North and South as main center is usually plenty of swimmers especially during the high season. The first thing to do when you arrive is to go directly to the rescue house where you'll see the color of the flag which indicates if the water is dangerous or not and some information about the tide, weather expected etc. Be careful especially in the summer when it's crowded with people.
