There are two spots: bay of Wulfener Hals and the seaside. In the bay there is perfectly flat water and a big shallow area. On the side of the sea, there is choppy water, sometimes small waves (like in Meeschendorf). During the season the bay is very crowded with windsurf beginners, because you can stand in the water in the whole bay. The seaside is deep water, so not recommended for beginners.
