The wind depends on the frontal systems moving over Europe,
there's no predictable trade winds or sea breeze. This is a good beach for northerly winds. Best from April to June and August to October, July is usually less windy.

Gotland is off the shore from the Swedish East coast. To Gotland by ferry or air, arrive in Visby. Drive north towards Faroesund (about 50km) then take the ferry to Fårö. Drive north on the main road for maybe 10km, then take a left towards Ekeviken.

It's a big beach, stay clear of the other beach users.
