Tidal beach. Kitesurfing is possible within 2 hours on either sides of high tide. Kitesurfers are few and far between. Beware of marine stingers during summer, kitesurf at your own risk. Best water activity is 3 hours before and after high tides, at low tide you can have a 2km walk out to the water.

Conway Beach is a bay, there is a small rock wall (2m high) along the side of it. Good rigging area on the top of that wall. Once on the beach there is a small strip of soft sand with a bit of shells and drift wood then there is hard sand.
