This is a small dirty beach next to the freeway. The beach is tiny so your aim has to be good. The only other landing option is rocks. Surrounding the beach is a 10 foot rock wall several miles long. Launching is very difficult at high tide. Self-launching and self-landing often required.

San Francisco Airport. Directions to kite launch: From the north exit 80 at University. Stay on the West Frontage Road going south. You will see a small parking lot on a little peninsula. This is where you will launch from. Parking is very limited.
