November to February is the best period for wind with 10-30 knots. Generally windy 80%of the time. The El Norte wind travels for over 500 miles to get here so is very steady.

Alaska Airlines or any major airline to San Jose del Cabo Los Cabos. 1 hour north on the well paved trans peninsular highway. Right at Los Barriles turn off. Be careful driving during night as cattle or goats or horses sometime on highway so better drive at daytime.
Extra information
Ride gentle through fishing fleets. Do not fly kites on the beach. Do not jump near shore, people or boats.
