Take the Bears Glen/Washington irving exit off of 412 (exit is just west of the bridge that crosses Keystone lake. Park in the state park (Washington Irving South) and walk down the beach past the swimming area. Try to stay out of swimming area.

Stay out of swimming area. $3 to park. With the side on wind one needs to have the ability to stay upwind. If you can't you need to have help/support with you. You will be blown into the swimming area and jeopardize the site.
