Flat and shallow water with sandbars. During summer swimmers zone to the right, don't kite inside. To the left you will find wooden stakes who mark the natural reserve. Don't ride between the stakes and the beach. Outside no problem.

From A1 take the B202 towards Lütjenburg in Oldenburg. In Kakoehl turn right towards K45 Hohwacht. Follow signs to Sehlendorf. In Sehlendorf take the Strandstr. to the beach. Parking right next to the beach.
