The beginner spot at low tide is great as the wind is blocked at low tide by the reef or rocks about 300 yards off shore. High Tide can be a little choppy with winds over 15mph. Still a great safe place to learn to kitesurf. Walk past the chain and head into the back bay for flat water and more.
