Drive down The Florida Keys, and just before you hit mile marker 54, turn left at the light onto Coco Plum Drive. The street curves left, and once you don't see any houses to the right, drive a bit further and the beach will be on the right.

Great place to go with non-kiters. Picnic tables, a grass, kids playground, bathrooms, etc. Dogs must be on a leash by law, and so should your kites.
