From I-64 take Northampton Blvd to Shore Dr and take a right. Go down to the 7-11 and take a left on Shady Oaks Dr. Go down to the little round about and merge onto Aries Way. Take that down to Rookery Way and go Right. Park in the Cul-de-sac.

All the kiters are a good bunch of guys but they aren't willing to put beach access at risk because some schmoe has bad kite manners.
