No matter if a daily ride to a spot, a longer car ride to a different country, a boat trip, a room, apartment, rental car etc.
You can find other people in the Rider section of every Spot.
Here users are shown who added the spot to My Map.
Future: riders who will be riding this spot in the future. Important is to add a date when you are visiting, so you can find other riders to meet up and share rentals etc.
Look up the Future riders of a spot and get in touch with them via private message to find out if you can share something.
To add yourslef as Future Rider, you have to add a new spot to your personal My Map.
Click HERE on how to add a spot to your map.
Choose Future as Type and add the info from when to when you will be travelling to a certain spot.

When you added a spot to My Map and your Privacy setting is set to Only Me, no one can see your map or on any spot rider listing.

When you added a spot to My Map and your Privacy setting is set to Public, you will be listed as Rider on the spots.If you chose Friends,...When you added a spot to My Map and your Privacy setting is set to Public, you will be listed as Rider on the spots.
If you chose Friends, it will be shown to your kiteforum friends only.
And when you chose Only Me, only you can see it and you will not get listed on the spots page.

Go to My Map and here you will see the blue button Add New Spot.Click here and then choose a Sport, Country and then the Spot from the do...Go to My Map and here you will see the blue button Add New Spot.
Click here and then choose a Sport, Country and then the Spot from the dopwdown list.
Then click the Type you want to list the spot under.
You have these options to list them:
- Local: your home spots
- Favorite: your favorite places around the world
- Visited: all other spots you have been to
- Future: where you want to go next, either a day trip or holiday. This way others can see it (if you show it to the public) and get in touch with you to share a taxi, car, rooms etc.
Then set the privacy and click on Add Spot to save it to your map.
Keep repeating it until you have all your spots listed and created your own personal spot map.
If you Spot is not listed, then click to the right on Add New Spot to add it to the database. Afterwards you can find it in the list, after you refreshed the site.

Once clicked, you will be redirected to the Spots part on My Map tab.
Add all spots you have ever visited! It is for your personal reference, but you can also choose to have friends or everyone see where you have already been. Then you will also be listed on the according spot in the according category.
You have these options to list them:
- Local: your home spots
- Favorite: your favorite places around the world
- Visited: all other spots you have been to
- Future: where you want to go next, either a day trip or holiday. This way others can see it (if you show it to the public) and get in touch with you to share a taxi, car, rooms etc.
You will see a map with markers in different colors.
Below the map you will find a list of all spots you listed on your map.
If you want to see the spots from your map of a certain Sport, Country or Type you can choose them in the dropdowns above the map, and the content will be filtered accordingly.
If you want to Add a New Spot to your map, click the blue button.
