    Simply click on the red button:



    and you will be forwarded to the request form. Fill it out the Chick In and Check Out date.
    Choose the number of Guests and add any Additonal Info below.

    The system will send a message to the owner/manager of the listing and they will get back to you.

    You can add your private room, hotel, apartmnent, house etc with prices for daily, weekly and monthly rent. It can also be seperated into seasons, by adding prices for each month differently.

    To list your listing, go to Directory and then clcik on Create New Directory.

    First, you need to choose a Package.

    We offer 3 different packages for your listing on the Directory:

    Free Package
    This package is for free.

    Featured Package
    Make your listing featured and it will be shown in the featured tab and is marked accordingly on the profile picture. Those listings get more attention. We charge a small monthly fee.



    Sponsored Package
    Make your listing sponsored and it will be marked accordingly on the profile picture. Those listings get more attention. We charge a small monthly fee, which is less than the Featured Package.



    Choose the package you prefer by clicking below the package info on Create a Directory.

    Fill out the form. Make sure to add the correct Category and to set a Location.
    The Location is improtant to later show your business at the Spots pages in the Directory section.

    Then click on Create.

    You will be forwarded to the Dashboard of your listing. To hte left you will see the navigation for your Directory. Here you can click and add the according info.

    Get Started:
    It will guide you thru the content that needs to be added.

    Edit Info:
    Here the main info is shown. Edit what you want to be changed.

    Profile Picture:
    Change here your profile picture and thumbnail.

    Contact Details:
    Edit here your phone, email or website details.

    Location:
    Here you can Edit your Location. You can also Delete a location or Add another location.

    Profile Info:
    This tool is not available.

    Marketing:
    Here you will fidn a tool to market your listing. Send updates to people who have liked your Directory.

    Manage Notifications:
    Set notifications for various options.

    Manage Admins:
    If you want other people to be able to edit your listing, add the person here. That person must be a registered member of the social media part of kiteforum.

    Featured Admins:
    Here you can add a featured admin. This option is not needed.

    Edit Style:
    Don't use this option.

    Packages:
    Here you can change the package you chose. We have 3 packages available: Free, Sponsored and Featured. Sponsored and featured are not for free, we charge a small monthly fee. With these packages you will get more attention for your listing.

    To view your listing click on View Directory on the top right.



    Now you will be forwarded to the tab Objects.
    Below you will see Add Object. Click here and you will see the form for an object.
    Fill out the form, add descriptions and a picture. Choose the according type, currency, and prices.
    If you have seasonal prices, click on Advanced Options and add the price per month.

    Once finished click on Save.

    Now you will see your Object listed. If you have several Objects, like different type or rooms (e.g. Single Room, Double Room etc), you have to add for each type an object.

    Keep repeating adding objects until you have all of your different object types listed.

    To view your Object, click on the Object listed and see its page with all info.

    Directories that have been listed as Rooms will have the option to add Objects.

    Posting an Object gives you the possibility to get booking requests directly via a message.
    The users can see your seasonal prices for single nights or monthly rates.
    Then they can request a specific period, which you will receive as message in our system.
    If you set the message notifications to send you an email once you receive a request, the system will send you an email directly to your email account.

    It can be one or more objects. Each different type of room should be its own object, since normally they have different prices.

    The Objects tool is for free for the owner and user.

    Click on Dashboard of the listing you want to add an Overview.


    On the left navigation click on Overview and you will fidn the editor to add text, links and pictures.

    Click on Save Overview to save it.

    Click on the blue headline of your listing and you will be forwarded to your listing page.

    Here you will find the Updates tab on the Directory navigation.

    Click Updates and here you will see a text box, where you can post the latest updates or news you want people to know.

    You can Add a Link and also Add a Video.

    Click on Share to publish it.

    We offer 3 different packages for your listing on the Directory:

    Free Package

    By clicking the headline of your listing you will go to the overview page of your listing.

    To the right of your listing you will find two tools:

    If you want to delete your listing, click on Delete Page.

    By clicking on Dashboard you will go to the editing page of your listing.

    When clicked on Dashboard, you will be forwarded to the listing page, where you will see all tools to edit your lsiting on the left navigation.

    On top you will find an Alphabet, where you can click a letter to find all listings that start with the chosen letter.  E.g. C for Cape Town or Cumbuco.



    Below it you see the Search where you can narrow down your search with several options.

    And then you will see all listings.

    You can change the layout of the view of the listing. Scroll down to see more and more listings.

    See to the right of the tabs these graphics:



    The left icon is the List View, which is default. The icon in the middle is the Grid View and the right one is the Map View, which is great to zoom in to the area you are interested in.

    On top you see the Search where you can narrow down your search with several options.

    - Most Popular: most viewed listings
    - Random: randomly shown listings
    - Featured: selected premium listings
    - Sponsored: listings who sponsor the site for more attention

    You can change the layout of the view of the listing. Scroll down to see more and more listings.
