From Neuchatel drive Coffrane. HEre ask for directions to the Mont Racine. You can drive up to the upper parking, but the road is not officially opened. Walk for about 400m to the riding area from that parking, or about 1.5 hours if you don't want to take the risk of getting fined or don't have a 4x4.
