Basically any direction will work - it is open country there, but best winds are Easterly or Easterly. Westerly is usually quite gusty, but stronger with fronts than Easterly wind.

Take exit Garching Nord, go about 200m west and go north on the little road to Eching (there is a sign to "Garchinger See"). Along that road you will find several spots along the road. It is a spot as close to Munich as you will find one. On windy days with enough snow you will see some kiters from the autobahn already.
