The chair lifts activity stop at 4pm and the cable lift at 5pm. If the snowkiters are skilled enough to go up-hill from the kite-spots on the other sides of the mountain up-to Cota 2000, then they can ski or snowboard down to Cota 1400 whenever they like so they would have no time restriction. If the snowkiters prefer to have their lodging accommodations right there in one of the places, then they don't have to go down to Sinaia city so obviously they can ride as long as they like. Just don't venture during the night - is still a mountain and you may meet Mr. Bear on his way to the "Grocery Store".

Nightlife

Cota 2000 - on top of the mountain: nightlife entertainment is organized by the cottage/hotel operators with DJ's, etc. Sinaia city have many nightclubs, pubs, restaurants, coffee-shops, etc.
