Soft sand and great access opportunity. Many accesses along the coast. Some parts have narrow beaches during high tide. At some parts houses next to the beach. More space around 17th street.

Spring (February to April) and fall (September to November) are the best as most of the good wind is dependent on fronts (15-20 mph: 1-3 days a week). Winter can be non stop or calm for the same reason. Summer is light and fluky with occasional 10-15 mph sea breezes.

About 2hrs from Orlando. State road 528 to I-95 South and exit at Sebastian or Vero Beach and drive all the way to the beach.

Nightlife

Riverside, Cork, Joey's, BrewBurger, Waldo's, Xtasy. Everthing closes at 1am, it is a pretty dead city in the evening.
