About a 2 foot tide change. The best part of Stuart is you can kite between the Stuart Causeway with nice flat water and can ride on any breeze direction or a few feet away to the beach. Waves are usually about knee to waist high but get big with storms.

Clean, soft sand. Not really much rocks. Plenty of room. Any Stuart Beach access will do. Lots of beach goers so not good for beginners.

Northeast to Southeast is very common. Best is sideshore (SE, NW). Season is 12 months. Wind has no real season here but January and February is most consistent. If you hydrofoil you can kite 4+ days/week all year.

Get on I-95 to Stuart, take Kaner highway to US-1, north on US-1 to Monterey. Take that road to end and take a right and 5 minutes later your at Stuart Beach. You can't get lost. Signs and people are everywhere. Just follow it to the beach.
Extra information
The kite area is north of the guarded area. No wind forecast is ever accurate here.
