Beautiful turquoise Caribbean water. No real tide. A reef about half a mile out so it's pretty flat. You can get outside of the reef for some good swell.

Long white sand beach. There is a peer where catamarans load up, but other than that empty beautiful beaches. There is all the space you could want.

The windy season is from November through April. Normally the wind comes from the Northeast which is sideshore here. When the Southeasterly hit it is onshore, but since there is a point to the side, you have very easy and safe launching and landing. Normally between 10-20 knots.

Drive from Playa del Carmen towards Cancun for about 12 kilometers. You will see some flags and billboards for a restaurant on the highway. Turn right at the sign and follow the dirt road to the beach.
Extra information
The only fee is a $5 dollar per person fee that is applied to your bill in touristic restaurant, like a minimum consumption.
