The beach is on its north side part of the waves breaker at the entrance of Fortaleza Harbour, on its south side it's white sand. Enough space to launch. It's possible to come back to the starting point but it's the perfect start for an about 3km downwinder until the beach of Iracema right in front, where the city is. Watch out for the wind generators.
