White sand beach. Seaweed but not much in the way of shell grit etc. Small (2m) dunes off the back of the beach. No development/houses except the Peaceful Bay Sea Rescue Hut (If you go down there, register with them, and they will keep an eye out for you). Beach is about 5kms long in a nice open bay. High tides with the beach disappearing completely on a big high tide.

International Airport is Perth. Closest local airport is Albany. You are looking around 550kms from Perth, so not exactly close, but for somewhere that only had 100 permanent residence and no restrictions, nothing to hit (accept the scrub if you screw up too badly).
Extra information
No rules, just make sure you let the guys at the Sea Rescue Hut know you are there, so they will keep an eye on you. Like most places in Oz, it's volunteer.
