Kiting conditions are good in the range from NE, E and ESE. SE wind is too gusty. Conditions are onshore winds. Can kite offshore in SW and WSW however boat assistance would be required.

Car rental is the best to get around, very cheap. Take the bus, number 645. You can go there by car, take the main road to the North, it is quite easy to find.
Extra information
Kiteboarding possible only when beach is totally empty in winter, October to April. Or with a boat all year round, but winds in summer are weak. Bay for advanced riders, beginners definitely need instruction and assistance.
