Short walk |
Get there by car. Drive from Bridgeown eastwards towards Oistins and further east to Long Bay. Long Beach is all of a fifteen minute walk up the beach (East) from Silver Sands. If you take a cab make sure you say Long Beach and not Long Bay which is quite an expensive cab ride further and riddled with cliffs and rocks.

Barbados boasts really good night life. Check St. Lawrence Gap for the action. Friday nights also fish market in Oistins. With live DJ or band! Excellent fried fish. Check Uncle George' De Fishnet!
