Very small sandy beach but bigger grassy rigging area next to it. Some trees along the shore, where kites are likely to tangle, due to onshore winds, so keep distance.

The best season stretches from May to November with water temperatures between 22°C and 26°C and air temperatures between 22°C and 30°C. Short rain showers possible all year round.

Usual strength of wind in winter is around 5-6 Bft, and Southeast is ideal for this spot, although fully onshore. Best time of the year is from June to September, otherwise your chances are 50/50.

Get to Le Morne, in the southwest end of the island. Drive to the main surf beach and pass it. Keep driving east and follow the sand road until you get to a free space with a meadow and you will see all the kites in the air.
