Extra information

Rules
None

No restrictions, just apply common sense and stay away from busy public areas. Locals always keep away from the parking area on Bettystown Beach - unless the beach is very quiet, but that's not too often. Laytown and Mosney Beach South of the nanny are the best options for all kiting - less/no cars and few other users.

Nightlife

Gilnas Lounge & Bar in Laytown, Seaview Bar at the beach entrance in Laytown. Relish Cafe (very good coffee shop, eatery, great wines), Coast Restaurant, Neptune Bar & Hotel, Mc Donaghs (Traditional thatched pub). For better nightlife go to Drogheda or Dublin, 30mins drive.
