There is enough place at the beach. Respect and take care if there are swimmers. The beach is sandy, sometimes there are some broken bottles. After the beach there are bushes/trees. Take care of the pipe who enters the sea from the salt lake.

Summer warm with around 32°C, water 24°C. No wetsuit necessary but protect your skin with a lycra. During winter a wetsuit is needed.

Meltemi wind NW, thermal, starts around noon and stops exactly with sunset. Every day mostly 4.5-6 Bft. 10/12 sqm kite is the most useful. Best time to go is June to August, which is high season, with 80-90% wind. Off-season no regular winds.

Take the plane to Kos. Go direction to Kos-Town on the mainroad. There is a sign `Tingaki`. Follow it straight to the beach/center. There turn left. Straight until the end of the street, parking directly at the beach.

Nudism area at the left side of the parking. But they don't care about you. No kitestation. For beginners there are too many persons in the high season at the day. Prefer the evening for learning. Rescue possibilities are at the water sport school. But they don't watch you!
