Take Trans Canada highway east out of Calgary and past Strathmore a couple minutes. You will see the lake on your right, take the turn off for Eagle Lake Resort and go to the resort. Access to the lake is through Eagle Lake RV Resort, a day use fee is required, but they have a rigging area designated for windsurfers and kiters.
