Extra information
The Dungeness Spit is a wildlife bird sanctuary and is off limits to kiteboarders and windsurfers. There is a sensitive balance between kiters and bird watchers here currently. Never ever land on the actual Dungeness Spit. Doing so could cause this spot to be shut down. Please also respect the private property on both sides of the launch. If you are good at staying up wind then it is an awesome spot.
