From I-95 take exit Linton Blvd and drive east. Cross the bridge and turn left at the end of the road. Drive until the first traffic light and park. Make sure to have coins for the meter. Walk on the beach.

Kiteboarding is restricted by City Ordinance which is enforced by lifeguards and ultimately the police. 1. Kiteboarders shall not launch, land or ride within 300 ft. to the south, east or north of municipal beaches, including the guarded public beach at Atlantic Dunes Park (just north of Linton Blvd) and from the Seagate property just to the South of Casurina St., north to the end of the guarded public beach just South of George Bush Blvd. Do not walk with your kite in the air on the public beach or within 300 ft. south of Casurina Blvd. (in front of the Segate Condo). If you are doing a downwinder be sure to stay beyond 100 yards of guarded beaches here and any other place along your run.
