The spot is flat water but on the other side of the bay you get small, but perfect waves. There is also a second area with a bit bigger waves. This spot is perfect for beginners to learn. Look oout for a shallow reef in the middle.

Follow the main road North when you get to a sign that shows St.Lucia Golf and Country Club turn right and follow that road and just after the Chinese embassy you will see a hotel on your left side, go towards that hotel. The hotel is located right on the beach. You can also take a taxi there which isn't too expensive.

The nightlife is good: go to Rodney Bay it is a long street full with restaurants and nightclubs.
