Access

Short walk |
Go from Lisbon to Carcavelos by `marginal` road, always by the river/sea. Arriving to Carcavelos you'll see the big beach with a big dirt car parking lot on the opposite side of the road. Go to that parking and go surf. There is a bar called Windsurf Cafe where every rider meets.
Extra information
Kite spot only in winter (not allowed on summer from June to August). Watch out for the rocks at the beach edges! And be careful with strong onshore winds so that you won't go flying to the road with your kite.
