Very nice beach. With high tide small, but with low tide very large. From June till September there is a lifeguard post. Enough place to launch you're kites. Every 200 m there are little dams, these are a bit tricky when they are not under water. This is usual with low tide.

During June till September there is a special area where kiting is possible. This is in front of the lifeguard post and the boating club. When you go to the beach in the village you have to go to the right for 200 m.

Very good bar/dancing `De Vijverhut` in Groote Keeten, a little village 3 kilometers to the North.
