Located in the Punta Cana Resort & Club, a private resort but access is granted to kiteboarders with ID going to Playa Blanca.

Swimming area off limits to kiteboarders. Usual right of way rules apply. No fees to ride, a small fee to use club facilities including air compressor, showers, grassy area, rescue boat, equipment lockers, picnic area and beach loungers. Rescue charged if not a club member. All riders should register for free at the kite club before riding to sign a waiver form.
