If you're already in Bohol, getting to Pamilican Island is quite easy. From Panglao or Tagbilaran City, just arrange transportation to the Baclayon or Loay boat station. There are always taxis, tricycles and vans willing to take you there. At the boat station, you can hire a boat to take you to Pamilican Island for the day. The trip will usually cost around 1,500 PHP and up, and the trip usually takes about 35-50 minutes.
