The jetty separates the spot into the inside and outside. The inside is the part at the channel. Here you have butter flat water in a NW and wind. The outside has butter flat water in NE and E winds. Look out for boat traffic and currents in the channel. Small waves on the outside, which can get nice with a NE wind. Lots of shallow areas around th jetty, which can dry on low tide.
