Extra information
No formal kiting rules, just good judgment and help of more experienced kiters to help the newbies. The beach is short, tree-lined, and borders private property on all sides; the grassy park is private also. Street parking is prohibited on the shoreline sections of Waterview Rd. This site can't handle a big crowd of kiters. Please leave a light footprint and be courteous to locals, so far they've been kite-friendly. Cedar Beach just 2 miles west is better for beginners and big groups.
