Muddy underneath so bring neoprene shoes with you. The water its a reservoir water so you need to clean things when finished if not stains sometimes do remain on clothes and neoprene.

Bring plastic cloth to prevent damaging the kite while on the floor. Also a carabiner with some rope is recommended to avoid losing the kite while its on the floor (really strong winds).

Summer time its baking hot and winter it's freezing but when suns up in winter put some sun cream. The water from November and up till March is cold and sometimes freezing cold. Winter time people use dry suits or 5/4 spring time 4/3 and sumer time 2mm or just normal clothes.

Cierzo wind. Usually 9-10 mts is the biggest kite you will fly but sometimes people use 12 and 15 mts too. Sizes go down to from 4 mts and 5 mts kites as the wind sometimes goes up to 35-40 knots. The winds tend to be gusty, depending on wind directions most of the time people kitesurf at center spot and other times and north spot.

From Zaragoza its about 40 km. You park right in fron of the spot, you never walk more then 50 meters

There is a flag always which points one side for experts kiters and the other for students and new people to the sport, bring own rubbish bag. Also the are two divided zones one for windsurfers and other for kitesurfers so we tend to not mix.

Nightlife

Zero, you must go to Zaragoza (30 min away). But near the reservoir of Loteta there is the Imperial hotel / bar / restaurant where people are friendly and prices are quiet good too. Also a lot of people do come in vans and sleep over at the spot ( center spot ) waiting for next day winds.
