The dominant wind is the Tramontane, no other wind has really a chance against it. It is a wind which blows from Northwest. This wind is created by an anticyclone over the south west of France and a depression over the Mediterranean. When the Tramontane blows it normally blows very strong. Statistics say that there are 300 days a year with a wind over force four. The other wind direction is the Marin which blows from SE, which is not good for this spot.

Take A9 from Montepellier southwest and follow signs to Sete. In Sete drive southwest to the N112, and where it starts is a round about. The spot is just north of it. Park directly at the water. Quiet a walk to the launch area. Cars higher than 2,20m can't park here.
Extra information
Do only kite in the marked area. Not close to the land and not to the right of the dyke. A sign at the spot shows the allowed areas.
