Windsurfer rig directly in front of the parking. Can get packed with windsurf gear. Kitesurfer should not launch from the rocks, or in the water, since the rocks are very slippery and dangerous. Kitesurfers go along the wooden fence to the east end of the park. Here you will find a small cove with sand to rig your gear. If you don't have a launch helper, then do a drift launch, the wind will be offshore, so it will be safe.
