South winds are the norm, gusty most of the time. 2 line kites and pulley bars don't work well here. 15-20 mph, a lot of days 25+ a few days 30+ mph. Best winds: mid March to mid June and September to October.

From Wichita KS East on highway 50 21.5 miles turn North on 2nd Cheney exit (Cheney Lake, 251 exit) go 5.5 miles to east side park entrance. After the park rangers booth take 1st right go 1.5 miles to M.M. Point turn left to stop sign, turn left 0.5 miles to the southwest side of the point.
