The spot is in the north of the "Flensburger Foerde" (Germany), just close to the German-Danish border. From the E45 (Germany A7) two exits from the German border or 2 exits before the German border to Sonderborg. Follow the road about 25 km over a bridge and when you see a twin church tower you will drive down a small valley and uphill again. Almost on top of that hill make a right to Brunsnaese and the museum. Follow the road until you only can drive right or left. Here you make a left and follow the signs to Brunsnaes and the museum. There should be another right turn and then you will see the sign to the museum. Here you make a right again and follow the road to the museum and to the water. Where the street meets the water you will find the mole and the spot. The area has a few parking spots, and it must be respected that the grounds by the museum are not used for launching kites or parking cars.
