Kite & SUP Youth Tour Sussex

  • The Armada Trust, together with the BKSA and BSUPA have teamed up to launch the first ever Kite & SUP Youth Tour in April and May this year. Following the success of the Kids Armada events at the Kitesurfing and SUP Armada Festivals in 2016, funding has now been allocated from the Armada Trust (from funds raised at Armada events) to support a Youth Tour aiming to support over 1,000 young people around the country, getting them involved in Kitesports and SUP boarding for the first time!

    8 weekend tour stops have been agreed in a range of locations and local kite and SUP schools have been engaged to deliver free taster sessions in powerkite flying and SUP boarding, as well as offering further ways to get involved in these sports.

    If you are aged between 12 and 18 and you fancy having a go at power kiting and SUP boarding, this is for you! Just get your parent / guardian to fill in the details, pick a location and a time slot and we will see you there. Sessions last an hour and you can do both kiting and SUP on different days if you want to try both.
